Job Category: Education, Childcare & Training Job Description Wondering if you have what it takes to join our team? As the 3IC you will be an experienced Senior Educator who works in consultation with the Centre Director and the Assistant Director to support the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre. The 3IC provides additional support and leadership under the direction of the Centre Director and Assistant Director in the development of high-quality education and care, and actively mentors and develops the broader team. As the Lead Educator you will oversee our Kindy room, ensuring it is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment. The Lead Educator will plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). The Lead Educator is a team player with prior leadership experience who can mentor educators to a high standard and who has a mature and professional approach.
