Building Services Recruitment Australia (BSRA) has been exclusively engaged to recruit a proven Install Manager for their high performing South Australian and Northern Territory divisions. The Role Reporting to the General Manager SA/NT, the Install Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating installation teams, communicating with clients, ensuring adherence to installation procedures, and addressing any installation-related issues. Along with the above, the Install Manager will ensure successful delivery of financial targets, effective field force performance, high levels of customer service, regulatory compliance, and contract retention. Key Accountabilities Strategy and Growth : Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain the customer base, ensuring effective management of customer information and growth plans. Customer-Centric Culture : Foster a customer-centric culture through personal contact with key customers, feedback systems, and exceptional service. Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership through guidance, mentoring, performance reviews, and support for team members' personal development. Work Environment and Safety : Promote a safe and healthy work environment for the team's well-being. Financial Performance : Achieve financial performance goals by managing control systems, implementing standard work, and targeting profit opportunities. Operational Excellence : Collaborate with operational staff to deliver timely and budget-friendly customer service, ensuring effective handover and adherence to compliance requirements. About You You are an experienced installation or construction manager with sound understanding of building services construction such as Electronic Security, Fire or HVAC. You will have high personal credibility, sound ethics, and bring mature judgment to the role. You will be resilient and capable of managing high workloads with multiple priorities. Business-minded, you are results-driven and uphold high work ethic standards. Your team-oriented focus enables you to work within a cross-functional team to achieve results. All of this coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude and your willingness to learn and develop, and train others to do the same. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business (preferred) Trade Qualification (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Electronic Security or Fire industry (mandatory) At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading teams of over 20 people (mandatory) Strong understanding of Australian Security standards (mandatory) Valid Driver's License (mandatory) Australian Security License (preferred) Proficiency in understanding and interpreting P&L statements (mandatory) Experience in change management (mandatory) Proven ability to meet KPIs (mandatory) Demonstrated success in an operations role within a service industry Persuasive and capable of influencing the opinions of others Well-honed planning skills Proven commercially astute & customer centric working history If you have demonstrable experience within building services construction and are excited to lead a great team, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
