HVAC Installation Supervisor – Pathway to Installation Manager $50/hr + Overtime | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Car, Phone & Fuel Card Efficiency Bonus up to $1,500/month Are you an experienced HVAC or air conditioning professional eager to lead a growing installation team? We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Supervisor (leading hand) ready to transition into an Installation Manager role within 12 months. Join our down-to-earth , team-focused environment, where you’ll be 85% on the tools initially—working on residential (and some commercial ) air conditioning projects across Perth . Why Join Us? Competitive Pay : Start at $50/hr (with a salary review post-probation) Sign-On Bonus : $2,500 total —$1,000 at your first pay and the balance after probation Fully Equipped : Car , phone , and fuel card provided to keep you moving Efficiency Bonus : Earn an extra $1,500/month when project efficiency exceeds 90% Ample Overtime : Boost your earnings with plenty of OT available Career Progression : We’ll sponsor a Diploma in Management to support your move to Installation Manager Diverse Projects : Primarily residential air conditioning (new builds & existing homes) with growing commercial opportunities Supportive Culture : Collaborative, friendly team that values your input and leadership Your Role Lead a 2–3 Person Crew : Oversee day-to-day HVAC installation on residential and emerging commercial projects Hands-On Leadership : Spend 85% of your time on the tools , ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion Mentor & Guide : Support and train apprentices and junior technicians, fostering a positive team spirit Project Coordination : Plan and manage materials , timelines , and resources to maintain efficiency and budget targets Transition to Manager : Within 12 months, move off the tools and fully oversee installations—leading multiple teams Quality & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, industry regulations , and air conditioning standards What We’re Looking For Qualified Fridgie (Cert III) or Cert II in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning with robust experience HVAC/Mechanical background, especially in air conditioning installation Leadership Potential : Eager to grow into a supervisory and eventually management role Team Player : Down-to-earth attitude, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to collaborate Organised & Reliable : Capable of multi-tasking , prioritising workloads, and hitting deadlines Locations & Projects Predominantly Perth Metro : 60% south / 40% north Residential focus with commercial projects on the horizon Ready to Step Up?
