About the Role: We’re on the hunt for an Email Marketing Specialist – Klaviyo Expert to help us scale our clients’ email and SMS marketing strategies. If you’re passionate about crafting high-converting email flows, love diving into data, and have a knack for customer segmentation, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and optimise email and SMS marketing strategies using Klaviyo . Develop automated flows (welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) to improve engagement and retention. Conduct audits on existing email marketing setups, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing goals. Analyse performance metrics, test variations, and continuously optimise for better results. Manage email list hygiene, segmentation, and personalisation strategies. Work with design and content teams to craft compelling email creatives. Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and Klaviyo’s latest features. Who you are: Klaviyo expert - you know the platform inside and out. 2-3 years of agency experience is ideal but not a must. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise accordingly. Strong copywriting skills and an eye for great email design is a plus. Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with SMS marketing and other CRM tools i.e. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Yotpo is a plus.
