About The Role Our Employer Brand and People Experience team is looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Employer Brand and People Experience team brings our purpose to life by working to enable great employee experiences across our firm. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Employment brand Marketing Communication Being a marketer with some background in social and events Maintaining brand’s integrity, while attracting the next wave of talent, from university students through to experienced professionals In our Employer Brand and People Experience team, your impact will be seen by: Supporting the team to deliver our strategy, overseeing campaigns for talent acquisition Enhance PwC’s Reputation: Elevating our status as an Employer of Choice through innovative brand-building activities, engaging content, and targeted marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Partnering with Talent Acquisition and early careers teams to develop effective attraction and engagement strategies tailored for diverse talent pools, including high school students, graduates, and experienced professionals. Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensuring a consistent, data-driven candidate experience that aligns with our people-first strategy and sets industry standards. Lead Social and Digital Initiatives: Designing and executing comprehensive social media and digital marketing campaigns, manage recruitment marketing channels, and oversee partnerships, sponsorships, events, and brand direction. Campaign Management: Developing and implementing recruitment campaigns, presenting outcomes clearly and concisely to demonstrate effectiveness. Build Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective attraction and engagement strategies. Content Development: Creating compelling communications and marketing content across various platforms, driving recruitment marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Strategic Advertising Campaigns: Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Managers to design bespoke advertising campaigns that attract high-quality, diverse talent, and provide clear results to the business.
