Location: Melbourne Salary: $90k-$110k Base + Super, $200k OTE (Uncapped Commission) Drive Sales in a High-Growth Energy Market Looking for a high-reward sales role where you can help businesses cut energy costs and secure better deals? This is an opportunity to work in the fast-moving energy sector, helping commercial and industrial clients navigate the complex Australian energy market. What You’ll Be Doing: Identify and engage businesses looking for better energy solutions Negotiate contracts with energy providers to secure the best deals for clients Educate clients on energy efficiency and cost-saving opportunities Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses Track market trends and provide expert insights on energy pricing What We’re Looking For: Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in energy, utilities or commercial services Process-driven and highly motivated – thrives in a sales-focused environment Confident negotiator who can engage decision-makers at a high level Target-oriented mindset – ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs Excellent communication and presentation skills Why Join?
