We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage large-scale complex delivery engagements across multiple accounts executed within the Banking & Financial Services and Fintech sectors. The suitable candidate must have more than 20 years of IT experience managing multiple complex delivery engagements across different geographies involving multiple service lines, ensuring the highest quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have managed a portfolio of more than 50M USD with a peak team size of 500+ associates. Mandatory Skills: Must have experience in managing a portfolio of more than 50M USD with a peak team size of 500+ associates. Strong Portfolio & Program Management. Strong Risk Management. Strong Delivery Management. Strong expertise in Payments, Institutional, Digital (Retail & Commercial) domain. Strong expertise in Cloud technology. Strong people management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience in Banking and Financial Industry. Expertise in Agile & Waterfall delivery model in various technologies such as Java, .Net, etc. and different domains. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and decision-making skills. Strong influencing skills. Ability to engage with both business stakeholders and customers and bridge the gap between our technology and their domains. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive governance and delivery across multiple programs with workstreams developing in agile and waterfall methodologies. Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of engagements across portfolios. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing program timelines, budgets, and resources. Establish standards for technology program prioritization, standards, and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Help enterprises to develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation programs. Develop relationships with all levels. Take ownership for seamless E2E delivery of complex digital business and IT transformational change programs spanning across people, process, and technology. Promote the use of DevOps and agile, highlight advantages of new innovations, and successfully embark on strategic partnerships with major players such as AWS, Azure, GCP to take international brands to the next stage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
