Job Description The Expert Engagement Lead plays a critical role in establishing, managing, and sustaining strategic partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), industry leaders, and knowledge professionals. This position ensures that expert contributions align with organizational goals and enhance learning products, learner outcomes, and overall business impact. Build and nurture relationships with top industry experts and thought leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate expert insights into cutting-edge learning products. Drive engagement strategies that enhance the quality and impact of our learning programs. Oversee expert onboarding and ensure a seamless, rewarding collaboration experience. Innovate and refine expert engagement practices to stay ahead in a fast-evolving EdTech landscape. Job Requirements A proven track record of managing partnerships and driving results. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration. A passion for education, technology, and the power of expert knowledge. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in expert engagement or relationship management, ideally in the EdTech or tech industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
