Play a key role in a team that provides oversight and technical leadership in the areas of both Engineering and Asset Management practice across Ausnet. In this role as an Engineering & Asset Management Development Coordinator you will be responsible for providing coordination and administration support across a range of professional development and capability uplift initiatives across the enterprise. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders within and outside of the Asset Management team in Group Operations to provide tactical support and coordination of training and development activities and ensure the successful implementation of Asset Management initiatives across the enterprise. This role will primarily be based in Southbank and is part of the Asset Management, Group Operations team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Support the delivery of a range of people development initiatives across the Asset Management portfolio, including: Supporting the development of Engineering and Asset Management training plans by presenting proposals, capturing inputs to plan, seeking endorsement and implementing agreed outcomes per plan (e.g., may include booking training, workshops, working sessions etc.) Drive the implementation of roll-out plan for capability uplift through coordination of trainings, timelines, communications and collateral Establishment of Communities of practice across the business under Principal Engineers guidance Ensure the effective delivery of multi-modal learning / content delivery to drive capability uplift and the desired behaviour change Provide consistency in the application of capability uplift for Engineering and Asset Management across the enterprise Create clear and accessible communications and materials across a range of medias to support understanding and delivery of capability uplift Contribute to the successful achievement of AusNet’s continuous improvement goals and objectives through supporting the internal audit program Update key documentation (including slide packs, processes, communications) in support of the initiatives you are coordinating and supporting Liaise with stakeholders and teams within and outside of Asset Management and/or Group Operations to successfully deliver the requirements of your role. Support AusNet’s current ISO55001 certification process through collating information, seeking input from stakeholders as necessary, coordinating meetings and following up on actions as needed You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Bachelor’s degree or higher Ability to form trusting and effective working relationships within Group Operations and across enterprise, particularly in the Asset Management space Continuous improvement and development focused; appreciates the crucial impact of professional development and learning frameworks Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Teams etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal) Independent thinker, able to put forward suggestions and recommendations and seek endorsement and buy-in Strong focus on outcomes and deliverables Able to manage time, prioritise and multiple stakeholders and competing activities Prior exposure to ISO55001 standard regarded.
