The Impact You’ll Make; Are you a passionate Structural Engineer with a keen interest in software development and engineering solutions? Pryda is looking for an Engineering Product Owner to lead the implementation of our engineering software, ensuring timely delivery and technical integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in testing, compliance, and certification of Pryda products, while documenting and sharing knowledge on engineering software functionality. Capture customer and internal requirements to develop clear engineering briefs for software development. Collaborate with development teams to implement engineering solutions while maintaining technical integrity. Identify and leverage technical expertise from the broader Pryda and ITW team to address engineering challenges. Refine and prioritise engineering tasks to ensure successful delivery of each release. Work closely with the Software Product Owner to ensure solutions align with real-world application. Manage software testing processes to ensure compliance with engineering briefs and relevant industry standards. Coordinate independent certification processes for engineering software. About You; Qualified Structural Engineer, eligible for Engineers Australia or Engineering NZ membership. Experience in designing and testing engineering software. Strong understanding of industry standards and codes in Australia and New Zealand. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) qualification (Highly-desirable).
