As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Downstream Engineering Team. This includes managing meetings, coordinating resource requests, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist in financial reporting and contribute to the smooth operation of global projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Organise, attend, and participate in team and stakeholder meetings Facilitate meetings and document minutes, following up on actions and decisions Prepare presentation materials for meetings Administer requests for Engineering resources, support, and Engineering Standards access Handle administration and reporting for the engineering team Coordinate with various functions, including Studies, Contracts, Procurement, Recruitment, and Project Services Support purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor onboarding Provide financial reporting of purchase orders against engineering team budgets Facilitate document input, reviews, and issuing reports Engage professionally and positively with others to ensure tasks are completed on time #J-18808-Ljbffr
