Ontime Healthcare are looking for a dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to utilise their clinical skills to provide in-home care for NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and aged care recipients. Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety. Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required. Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members and healthcare professionals. Other Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others. Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
