This exciting role is pivotal in the success of our programs of work, delivering Microsoft’s Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, and AIS alongside supporting technologies for our clients, along with developing repeatable standards and frameworks. As an Enterprise Architect in our Microsoft team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to develop strategy and delivery plans for their programs of work. You will work closely with the Engagement Lead and solution architects to assess client operating models, design capability models, and recommend strategic solutions aligned with best practices. Primary Responsibilities: Assess client operating models and develop strategic plans to improve operational performance Design capability models to support business improvements and address client requirements Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessments Design solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements Evaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architecture Keep abreast of new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studies Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead Improve the enterprise architecture framework and toolsets to support project delivery Provide specialist product knowledge and domain expertise during sales opportunities. Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise architecture engagements Advanced skills in preparing technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentation Familiarity with Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies Proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge and experience in a wide range of applications and technical platforms About Fusion5: Fusion5 provides business solutions that add real commercial value to our customers.
