Job Advertisement: ERP Implementation Specialist Location: Melbourne We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to join a leading energy company based in Melbourne. This role will be pivotal in the implementation of a new ERP system (Pronto), alongside ProSpend and Cosmos systems. Responsibilities: Lead the technical implementation of ERP system (Pronto) and associated ProSpend and Cosmos systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of systems. Conduct system configurations, data migration, and technical troubleshooting as required. Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides. Requirements: Proven experience in technical implementation of ERP systems, preferably Pronto. Strong understanding of ProSpend and Cosmos systems or similar procurement and finance platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
