Job Description

Join our vibrant team at Frenzy Park as a Trampoline Park Assistant Manager ! We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while overseeing park operations. You will manage a team of Hosts, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, and uphold the highest safety and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Operations Supervise, train, and support a team of Hosts to provide exceptional customer service. Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and staff productivity. Lead by example, fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Customer Service & Guest Experience Oversee guest interactions, resolving escalated issues and complaints professionally. Ensure all visitors receive a warm welcome and have a safe, enjoyable experience. Maintain high standards of service, enforcing park rules and safety regulations. Cash & Inventory Management Oversee cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling. Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed. Conduct end-of-day financial reconciliations and reports. Safety & Compliance Ensure staff and guests adhere to all safety procedures and policies. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities. Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with first-aid responders if necessary. Venue Maintenance & Cleanliness Maintain a clean, organized, and safe park environment. Oversee routine cleaning schedules and ensure all equipment is sanitized. Coordinate maintenance and report any facility issues to management. Events & Bookings Manage birthday parties, group bookings, and special events. Work closely with management to implement promotional activities. Ensure events run smoothly, with exceptional guest satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures. Physical fitness for tasks such as supervising activities, cleaning, and lifting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
