About the Role As our HSE Partner, you will champion workplace health and safety, employee wellbeing, and environmental sustainability. You’ll collaborate with leaders and employees to identify and manage risks, oversee incident management and return-to-work programs, and implement best-practice policies, procedures, and training systems. Your role will be pivotal in driving a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability for safety and wellbeing. While you will sit in the People & Culture function, you are a player in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Team. That means you are comfy in your high vis, walking the floor each day and really understanding the challenges from our people’s perspectives. What You'll Do Build Capability: Foster a culture of zero harm by managing the Health, Safety, and Environment System (HSES) and empowering teams through tailored coaching, guidance, and specialist advice to strengthen safety practices and confidence on the floor. Solve Interesting Problems: Conduct root cause analyses, manage hazards, and implement solutions that prevent incidents and keep our people safe. Champion Wellbeing: Create and roll out programs that enhance physical, mental, and emotional health while addressing psychosocial risks. Teach, Train, Transform: Design engaging WHS training, toolbox talks, and inductions to reinforce our cultural expectations and drive continuous learning. Drive Sustainability: Lead stormwater management, spill response, and environmental initiatives that align with our commitment to sustainability. What You'll Bring Analytical skills and a proactive mindset to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement. A passion for fostering employee health, with experience creating impactful programs that promote holistic wellbeing. A knack for delivering memorable training sessions to a diverse audience of learners. Strong relationship-building skills to inspire teams and align stakeholders around shared safety goals. A deep understanding of WHS laws, risk management, and compliance, paired with an eye for identifying improvements.
