About the role: We have an exciting new position in the Chief Information Officer portfolio at DHSV. With accountability for a multimillion-dollar program budget, the EoHR Project Manager leads DHSV's strategic state-wide electronic oral health record system implementation. You will play a key role in leading and fostering high-level stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, clinical leaders, technical, and operational workstreams. You will have the opportunity to build the project team and lead a diverse team of professionals both internally and externally, ensuring that the project is delivered to the agreed scope, timeframes, quality, and budget. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving collaboration with Agencies, Clinical Staff, Operational Staff, and other state-wide entities, managing resources efficiently, and overcoming any challenges to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for a healthcare professional with expertise in EMR systems to apply their skills and experience within our organization, while making a lasting impact on key stakeholders and the broader community. You will have: Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Health Informatics, or a related field. Formal Project Management training – PMP certified. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, negotiations, planning, team building, coaching, and risk management. Experience with EMR implementation. Enterprise-level project management experience – preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets.
