WHAT WE OFFER Permanent Full-Time Role: Secure a long-term position with potential for extension or redeployment within Downer. Competitive Rate: EBA rates $45.34 + Penalties + Site allowances. Residential Roster: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + RDO’s, offering a balanced work-life schedule. Convenient Location: Working at Eraring Power Station Lake Macquarie, NSW. Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for a full-time permanent Electrical Tradesperson to join our team at Eraring Power Station , Lake Macquarie, NSW. You will provide your expertise within the maintenance team ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively, and to the required standard. About You Trade Qualified: Hold an Electrical trade qualification with an Electrical licence with experience working within a heavy industry or power station environment. Technically Proficient: Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks. Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety. Site Qualifications: Hold full working rights in Australia, White Card, LVR/CPR (within 1 year validity), Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years validity). Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
