About the Role We are seeking a Content Producer to research, curate, and develop content for 8+ events and conferences per year. This role is crucial in ensuring that each event delivers valuable insights, attracts high-calibre speakers, and aligns with industry trends. As the Content Producer you will work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to bring events to life while collaborating with editorial teams to enhance content strategy. The ideal candidate will have event experience, exceptional research and communication skills. Knowledge of the technology and IT channel landscape would be highly beneficial. This is an exciting opportunity to be the driving force behind shaping the event’s programs, ensuring it aligns with the event’s goals and delivers value to attendees and sponsors. Responsibilities: Agenda Creation: Develop and curate compelling, relevant, and actionable event agendas for multiple multi-sponsor conferences. Event Marketing: Develop and produce marketing materials, including event agendas, promotional copy, and speaker briefs. Collaborate with Editorial and Analyst Teams: Coordinate with internal editorial and research teams to ensure agendas are informed by the latest market insights, thought leadership, and in-depth industry research. Speaker Management: Identify, invite, and manage relationships with external speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts. Event Content Strategy: Work closely with the event management team to ensure the agendas are strategically aligned with event goals, brand positioning, and sponsor expectations. Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure the content aligns with broader event strategies. Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor events, and relevant market changes to adapt and refine event content. Project Management: Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and timeline for agenda creation, ensuring deadlines are met. Onsite Management: Oversee the event schedule onsite, ensuring that speakers, editors, and analysts are punctual and fully prepared. Feedback Loop & Improvement: Gather feedback from past events, sponsors, and attendees to refine future agendas and improve event content. About You Background in event production or conference programming, ideally in tech. Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Understanding of current industry trends and challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design engaging agendas that balance sponsor and audience needs. Strong ability to address and resolve challenges creatively and efficiently. Proficient in using event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools used in event production.
