Career Development / Huge range of Employee Benefits Free on-site parking & Gym / Hybrid working arrangements About the Role Reporting into the Events Manager, you will be responsible for the Henry Schein Continuing Education program for dental professionals. This will include coordinating physical events as well as online webinars, podcasts, and print campaigns. You will also support our Equipment team with the execution of their marketing activities. Due to the nature of these events, there will be some out of hours work required. This is a fixed-term 10-month contract. Your Skills, Experience, and Attributes: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, event management, or equivalent gained through your work experience Experience coordinating physical and digital/online events and course creation and delivery of educational events/seminars Prior marketing coordination experience delivering print and digital media campaigns The ability to build relationships internally as well as externally with key stakeholders Exceptional communication, time management, organisational, and presentation skills Experience running webinars, coordinating KOLs, and liaising with key supply partners Microsoft Office proficiency and experience working with EventsAir Platform (essential) This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your events and marketing coordination experience and join a supportive team where you can continue to develop your career.
