Executive Assistant - Customer & Strategy NSW Sydney NSW, Australia Req #523 Thursday, 27 February 2025 About the role As an Executive Assistant you will be a valuable member of a dynamic collaborative and supportive team, providing executive support to the Chief Customer & Strategy Officer. This is a 9 month max term, full time opportunity based in our Darling Park, Sydney CBD offices. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with extensive experience supporting at the group executive or c suite level.Key responsibilities for this role include: • Providing efficient and varied executive and administration support while preserving confidentiality and professionalism;• Managing the calendars for the Chief Customer & Strategy Officer, which is frequently changing;• Responding proactively to changing circumstances and competing priorities within strict deadlines;• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and drafting minutes, tracking and follow up of action items;• Managing travel requirements and expenses for the senior leadership team;• Effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders;• Coordinating internal communications;• Support with board level papers and executive level presentations;• Providing support to wider senior leadership team as required including assistance on strategic projects.• Coordinate and plan – internal group wide conferences and executive offsites The successful applicant will have: • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive/ group executive or c suite level;• Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines;• Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail;• Professional, calm, and ‘can-do’ approach to everything they do;• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively;• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels;• Fast and accurate typing skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
