Do work that matters This rewarding 13 month secondment offers the opportunity to provide executive support to 2 x General Managers within our Unloan team. Acting as a key support, this role will give you high visibility, accountability and provide extremely valuable support to a fast-paced and high-performing team. You will leverage your organization skills to keep everything moving along and drive efficiency whilst being flexible and adaptable to the needs of the leaders and the business. No day will be the same in this support role. To be effective in this role, you will need to exercise initiative, resilience, be able to work autonomously, independently, and be proactive in your role. Based in our CommBank Eveleigh office, we offer hybrid working with 50% in-office connection. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide proactive, effective and efficient administrative support to the GM Diary management: proactive, efficient time & diary management and maintenance of e-files Inbox management: Monitor inbox, prioritise emails, and assist in the preparation of responses. Document management: Collation of pre-reading materials (presentations, meeting papers etc.) Meeting management: arrange meetings, produce and distribute agenda, action items and associated papers as required Coordinating internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings. Co-ordinate/arrange travel, meetings, itinerary, etc. Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events Risk management: assisting with HR requests, staff exits, onboarding of service providers and management, and adhering to the Group’s policies and procedures. Establish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, EAs and other stakeholders. HR Support: assisting with submitting recruitment requests and onboarding. Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a similar level executive leader A high level of confidence and ability to work autonomously, independently, and be proactive Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced and fast-changing work environment A high level of discretion and confidentiality required for this role, with handling of sensitive materials and data. Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service. Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite. An ability to build relationships easily across the business, are highly personable with excellent communication skills.
