They are based in Melbourne CBD and are well-regarded for their commitment to delivering high quality service to their stakeholders. Job Description Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting agendas Manage and review filing and office systems Coordinate project-based work Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis The Successful Applicant Demonstrated professional experience within organisations in the financial sector Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure What's on Offer A temporary role with the possibility of extension A supportive and collaborative team environment A chance to work in a leading sovereign wealth fund If you believe you have the skills and experience to excel in this position, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
