About the Role An exciting Temporary Full time role for an Administration Officer is available at Lithgow Hospital until June 2025. The Executive Assistant role is complex and challenging, playing a proactive and integral part in ensuring that administrative responsibilities are undertaken efficiently, professionally, and timely. You will provide comprehensive high-level executive management support to the General Manager & Director of Nursing and Midwifery, and work as part of the administration team within Lithgow Hospital and Portland Tabulam Health Centre. The Executive Assistant role will also support other members of the LHS Executive and direct reports as required during periods of leave at the discretion of General Manager & Director of Nursing and Midwifery. High level organisational and time management skills with an ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication. Proven high level of organisational skills including the ability to problem solve and prioritise workload. Advanced proficiency in preparing various documentation using Microsoft suite of applications. Experience using an electronic records management system such as Content Manager is advantageous, but not essential. Ability to work under limited supervision and with tight deadlines. Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
