If so, we want you to lead the charge at the Long Service Corporation (LSC) , where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of portable long service leave schemes in NSW. As Executive Director Long Service Corporation, you will be a positive motivator to a passionate team with up to 5 direct reports leading the operations of current industry schemes. You will oversee the successful management and transformation of existing industry schemes, while leading the development of new schemes. You will drive the strategic planning, development, and delivery of large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with government objectives and industry needs. Additionally, you will manage the ongoing convergence of operational models, building capacity for the future and oversee the integration of new technology reshaping how services are delivered. You will also be the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including the Minister and Ministerial offices, providing high-level advice and ensuring alignment with policy objectives. To be successful in this role, you will possess: Impactful Leadership & Change Management: Strong experience in motivating diverse teams to deliver on large scale and complex programs and lead through organisational change. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to assess operational models and design effective strategies to optimise business processes. Technology Expertise: In-depth understanding of technology implementation ensuring best practice, fit for purpose and compliance. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders, including government, industry partners, and unions. About us The Long Service Corporation (LSC) oversees portable long service leave schemes for the building and construction and contract cleaning industries and is leading the implementation of a new scheme for the community services sector, expected to be operational by 2025. The LSC manages a wide range of functions, including worker and employer onboarding, service tracking, levy collection, entitlement payments, and enforcement. With the community services scheme, the LSC’s responsibilities will expand to cover approximately 250,000 workers across 7,300 service providers.
