A successful Payments Fintech based in the inner west of Sydney is seeking a Fintech Technology leader looking for a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team of payments professionals and a motivated Venture Capital owner. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is part of the leadership team, and the individual will play a major role in the future direction of the business. 65% of your time will be spent managing a team of 5 developers. The rest of your time will be spent coming up with better ways to manage the existing platform and outsourced IT Partners. This is the perfect role for a growth-oriented, customer-focused IT professional. Healthy base + Super Base, plus bonus, plus equity options. Inner West Sydney Location, car parking provided.
