Job Description

A. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Talent Acquisition Mainly in charge for recruiting employees for the school; Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions; Manage the full recruitment process: Sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, offering, candidate’s reference check, closing and onboarding duties; Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required; Manage recruitment budget; Handle all recruitment administration; Develop recruitment strategy include job posting, recruiting marketing channel development, recruitment campaign, talent planning,.. Utilize various sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, internet sourcing, employee referral program, ect.) to attract talents; Create networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes; Prepare monthly recruitment reports to update of the hiring status, turnover rate and provide any recommendations or solutions if necessary; Build candidates database; Initiate and implement Employer Branding program (including internal engagement and outside activities). 2. Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities Support activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy, e.g. HR info day, Career day, HR connects, Leadership connects; Lead and coordinate associates surveys; Resolve complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances; Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. 3. Administration Task Provide guidelines and support for expatriates to obtain required documents (such as temporary residence book, Vietnamese health check, Vietnamese police check, etc.) for expatriate formalities’ application; Proceed with visa, temporary resident card, and work permit applications and follow up for renewals; Prepare offer letter or employment agreement for new hire; Collect required documents from new hire (Vietnamese); Remind probation performance appraisal before proceeding labor contract; Join hand in other HR functions & tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. B. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education Graduated with Degree of Human Resources, Economics, BA or equivalent. 2. Experience Have at least 2 year of mass recruitment experience; Previous experience in education is preferable; Previous experience in proceeding with visa, temporary resident card, and work permit applications. 3. Knowledge or Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills; Excellent English 04 skills; Energized, open-minded and proactive; Responsible and honest at work; #J-18808-Ljbffr
