Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as an active member of the executive team, Focus is currently seeking to appoint an Executive Manager People, Culture and Safety to lead the organisation’s People Strategy and provide trusted advice across the organisation, executive team, and Board in matters related to the people strategy, risk, and compliance. As a key executive leader, the Executive Manager People Culture & Safety will evolve organisational capability in leadership, change management, safety, diversity, and equity and build workforce strategies for the attraction and retention of workforce. At a time when there is significant change across the organisation, the Executive Manager will lead change processes aligned to the portfolio and ensure the alignment of people objectives with the broader organisational strategy. The successful incumbent will be an engaging, innovative, and collaborative leader who inspires trust, seizing opportunities to drive and support change and have an impact across the organisation. Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in a complex environment, leading significant change, building capability, workplace safety, and wellbeing will be key to the success of this role. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or Business Administration will be highly desirable.
