Executive Manager Community & Corporate Services The Shire of Pingelly is seeking to fill this exciting position within our dynamic and accomplished team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position forms part of the executive leadership team within the Shire of Pingelly and is responsible for the Shire's financial, corporate, community, and contract services. The successful candidate will be community-focused with financial knowledge and/or experience. A hiring decision will focus on soft skills including a high level of people skills, strategy, management, as well as well-developed knowledge of local government finances. This position is offered under a performance-based 3-5 year contract, with an attractive remuneration package up to $160,350 inclusive of superannuation, private vehicle use, Shire housing, professional development, and membership fees, and a cash component of $90,000 - $110,000 depending.
