Based in the South Coast region of Western Australia on Noongar Country, South Coast Natural Resource Management is an independent, community-based organisation that provides leadership and expertise in natural resource management, conservation, sustainability, and community capacity. South Coast NRM is seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Leader for the role of Executive Manager of Operations. We’re looking for a leader with strong operational and commercial insight, adept business acumen, and a background in the Natural Resource Management industry. You will have at least 5 years of experience managing teams and be comfortable working in a not-for-profit business. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and implementation of project design and financial management, and be deeply committed to exceeding expectations and building solid partnership and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities: Manage the operations team’s strategic direction, relating to delivery, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Provide detailed financial management for all operational projects, including budget preparation, reporting and procurement. Lead the development and implementation of programs, projects and plans within the Operational portfolio. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program and project development and delivery. The position will be based in Albany, WA. Employment Type: Permanent, Full time (1FTE) Salary: Competitive salary package commensurate with skills and experience of the suitable candidate.
