Contribute to the development and implementation of Keystart’s strategy. Provide strong, supportive leadership and work collaboratively with other teams across Keystart. Support Keystart’s transition to become a Government Trading Enterprise, including change, governance & compliance. Ensure the provision of expert HR, ER, IR, WHS advice. Create and lead an OD strategy that includes training, leadership development and process excellence (e.g. Lean and Agile). Develop and manage all aspects of a pragmatic, value-adding contemporary people & capability function. Ownership of employee experience, inclusion & diversity (Including RAP and DAIP) and Business Partnering. Oversee robust, compliant payroll functions. A Pragmatic, Positive, Contemporary HR Leader You are a fully loaded HR leader. You have the experience, gravitas and polish that enable you to quickly build trust and rapport with peers and the executive. You are also very practical, hands-on, and engaging allowing you to build strong relationships with your small team and the wider business.You can balance strategy design and execution, and are very strong at guiding individuals, teams and organisations through cultural, process and operational change.With an understanding of continuous improvement, you promote a culture of process excellence, and role model behaviours that influence others.You fully understand the drivers behind governance and compliance, especially in the context of Keystart operating as a government trading enterprise.Competencies that you bring to the table include influencing, decision making, critical thinking, writing and high-level comms, active learning, relationship building.This is a significant role with great people working to deliver social change here in Western Australia.We encourage you to get involved, please express interest by applying online or call Graham Nutt of Adaptive Resourcing on 0405 355 905 for a confidential conversation.
