We are seeking an Executive Manager Projects and Civil Operations to lead the delivery of projects and manage the effective operation of our infrastructure assets, including transport, lighting, buildings, and facilities. In this key leadership role, you will: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing the skills and capabilities of staff. Ensure projects and services are delivered within designated timeframes and budgets. Administer and manage contracts, ensuring contractor compliance and performance. Apply judgement and problem-solving skills to gather and analyse complex information. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of seven years’ relevant experience. You will have demonstrated experience in project management, team leadership, and working effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve community-focused outcomes.
