You will lead a diverse team who have a mix of experience, collaborate well and hold our clients at the centre of everything they do. Do Work That Matters Lead a team of Property Relationship Directors, Analysts and Account Managers with a focus on deep customer relationships and strong market presence via our MCG customer value proposition (CVP). We will support you and your vision to build more meaningful relationships with our clients by taking the time to understand what drives them and standing by their ambition through good times and bad. Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our clients, you will focus on growing quality business across the property and construction services markets. You will work with a strong performing team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving and diverse customer base in Sydney. More specifically, you will Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever-changing commercial landscape, and develop strategies and business development opportunities accordingly; Coach and mentor a team and support ongoing development while maintaining and developing a high performance culture; Build strong relationships with clients and support your people’s ability to retain and grow their business through excellent client service; Have an in depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions; Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank. We want to hear from you if you have: Strong leadership capability and experience coaching and developing a team to develop uncommon customer focus, origination and property finance skills; Deep property experience including in a banking or finance role; Exceptional commercial acumen and credit skills; A strong success orientation, drive, business development focus and are engaged and motivated; A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded. The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful client outcomes.
