About the Role: In this position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Principal Capability and Director Capability for North Queensland Region, based in Townsville. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently managing scheduling, appointment setting and coordinate travel and accommodation for the Senior Principal and Director, Capability. Taking minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees, coordinate room bookings and functions, and organise and provide support to other Capability personnel for professional learning events. Assisting and administering ordering and payment procedures. Using spreadsheets and databases such as administration, and the financial management Systems Applications Products (SAP) system, to process information and produce reports. Utilising your expertise in word processing and desktop publishing to create high-quality documents. Contributing to the overall organisation of the office, enhancing information flow and records management. About You: The ideal applicant is someone who: Strong organisational skills and a passion for efficiency. Adept in administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
