As Executive Support Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO. This is a highly valued role, with an opportunity to build a trusting relationship with the CEO and COO to actively contribute to the success of our organisation. As the Executive Support Coordinator, you will: Manage the CEO and COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact between the CEO, COO and internal and external stakeholders, and screen and direct all inquiries to the appropriate parties. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations, and coordinate and manage executive meetings – including preparing agendas, reports and board material, taking minutes and following up on action items. Draft monthly and quarterly business updates to all sites, and communications on behalf of the CEO. Support Strategic Planning initiatives by organising annual meetings and drafting of the annual strategic plan, along with supporting the communication to the business. Provide leadership and guidance to the Corporate Administrator, ensuring the Perth Office runs smoothly. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. About you: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably supporting C-level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is favourable.
