The Role: We're seeking an experienced Strata or Property Manager, to enhance this expanding team. Your responsibilities will include: Cultivating and maintaining key relationships with property owners and committees Interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Providing expert strata advice to clients Handling dispute resolution and contract negotiations Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports Chairing owners' and committee meetings Organising and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections The Candidate: We’re looking for a Strata Manager with: Previous experience in Strata or Property Management Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Excellent time management and organizational skills High-level written and verbal communication skills If you’re knowledgeable in the Strata or Real Estate Industry and excel at task execution, this is the role for you!
