As we expand our Northern Territory exploration programs , we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Exploration Manager to help drive our efforts forward. About the Role As Exploration Manager – NT , you will oversee Greenfields and Brownfields exploration programs, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. You’ll lead a team of geologists and field staff , working closely with the Chief Geologist and Managing Director to plan and execute exploration strategies that support the company’s long-term growth. Your Key Responsibilities Implement exploration programs that align with company strategy and project objectives. Supervise and mentor a skilled team of geologists, field staff, and contractors. Ensure exploration activities are conducted safely and efficiently, meeting regulatory and environmental requirements. Monitor project progress , budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management. Build relationships with communities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to support project development. Oversee technical assessments of geological targets and contribute to resource development initiatives. What We’re Looking For A degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Geology with at least 10 years of experience , including exploration in the NT. Strong leadership and team management skills —ability to support, develop, and coordinate field teams. A sound understanding of exploration legislation, permitting, and industry best practices . Experience with 3D geological software such as Leapfrog, Datamine, Micromine, and QGIS. A Manual Driver’s License and Occupational First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong technical reporting and communication skills —comfortable engaging with regulators, investors, and stakeholders. What’s in It for You?
