Deliver expert advice on Triumph motorcycles, features, and customisation options. Arrange and conduct test rides, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on Triumph models, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Participate in motorcycle events, ride days, and dealership promotions. What You Bring Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales , ideally with premium brands. A passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the riding community. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport. Self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets. Proficiency with DMS and digital sales tools (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
