Responsibilities Pro-actively executing on asset management strategies across the full breadth of real estate sectors with the goal of optimizing asset performance and returns from initial close to disposition. Day-to-day management of joint venture relationships and driving asset-specific outcomes with property managers, project managers, and other third-party stakeholders. Developing annual business plans and driving the strategic direction of asset management initiatives. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders through the quarterly valuation and distribution processes. Reviewing quarterly variance analysis and financial reporting in conjunction with investment controllers. Preparation of internal presentations and reporting on asset management activities to senior management. Assisting with due diligence and underwriting on new acquisition opportunities across both core and value-add investment strategies. Providing analytical and operating support to senior deal team officers. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a similar field. 3 - 6 years of experience as an asset manager, financial controller, or similar professional experience within the investment industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills (financial modelling and accounting proficiency). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualities. Results-driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight timelines. Proven team player who is able to work effectively in a team environment.
