The Role Your days would be spent gathering and reviewing functional and non-functional requirements , identifying data points for integrations , and mapping processes to drive efficiency and improvement . We would be excited to talk to someone with at least three years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the utilities, health, aged care, education, and state government sectors , who loves to hit the ground running and give their best to their team. Key Responsibilities A Sense of Humour: Laughing at yourself, finding humour in moments of chaos, and not taking yourself too seriously. Requirements Gathering: Working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Process Mapping: Developing clear and detailed process maps to ensure alignment across teams and project goals. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders at various levels of seniority, from technical teams to executive leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment of scope, and understanding of project objectives. Data Integration: Identifying, defining, and documenting data points for integration to ensure seamless system interoperability. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with client needs. Continuous Improvement: Suggesting improvements based on analysis and insights, driving positive change and efficiency.
