Job Title: Commercial Manager - Defence (4-Month Contract) Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Mandatory Skills Required: Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance mandatory. Previous experience within Foreign Military Sales environment. Previous experience in the CASG / Defence. Significant experience in materiel procurement and/or contract management. Experience identifying and managing commercial risks related to procurement and contract management. Strong understanding of probity requirements for Commonwealth procurement. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience managing stakeholder relationships. Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth procurement regulations and policies such as the PGPA Act, procurement connected policies, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, etc. The ability to work in a team as well as work independently. The ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience in ASDEFCON suite of contracting templates or equivalent complex contracting documentation.
