Australian healthcare group Lumia Care has expanded its reach to South Australia with the acquisition of highly respected provider Pop Up Health, adding 330 nurses and care workers to Lumia’s national healthcare, aged care and allied services network. The Role: Lumia Care is seeking an experienced financial planning analyst to join their Adelaide Branch for a 6 month fixed term period. The FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing Lumia Care’s financial analysis and reporting for Pop Up Health, whilst establishing reporting models for both financial and operational data. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will also aid in enhancing the efficiency and availability of insightful data through building dashboards, key metrics and strategic reporting tools. As our FP&A Analyst, you will: Work across multiple sources of data to report on efficiencies. Establish modelling and key metrics, reporting weekly and monthly to Pop Up Health. Work alongside operations, payroll and finance to understand data and build tools to define key metrics. Identify trends, risks and opportunities for the business. Provide accurate and timely reporting. Communicate key recommendations and insights to the executive leadership team. Support the Chief Financial Officer and Pop-Up Health in forecasting business operational and financial performance. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (essential). Strong understanding of financial planning. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously. Be creative with data presentation. Strong ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
