We are looking for a Transformation Analyst in our Sydney Office to support our Transformation Lead in taking initiatives from newly formed ideas and then translating these into tangible plans through actionable deliverables. We have a strong team culture and live by our values of; We work together We take ownership We never stand still We do it all for them Key Responsibilities: Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through digital solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, prepare, and deliver transformation projects that underpin the company strategy. Assist in initiative implementation through system design, specification, and business process analysis. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development and delivery teams, to ensure effective communication on implementation goals. Contribute to the development of training materials related to business processes. Participate in testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined needs. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of the solutions. Develop other deliverables as required for emerging needs. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Education to degree level or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Great attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to plan workloads and achieve tight deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and absorb new concepts and technologies. Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
