Long term fixed term role for a minimum of 12 months Reputable and renowned business operating in the construction sector About Our Client This organisation is a well-established, large scale company in the construction industry. Job Description Collaboration with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metrics Develop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvement Deliver robust business case proposals for investment and growth Direct quarterly forecasting processes, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analyses and commercial insights Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for the Property department. Providing insightful financial reports to guide business decisions. Advising on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies. Supporting the implementation of strategic business initiatives. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Business Partner should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Property industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
