About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate ‘FractionalGamingStrategyLead’ to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our game advertising platform and solutions. You will be the strategic lead, working directly with our Sales and Advertiser Success teams to develop winning game advertising strategies for high-profile RFPs and pitches. Your deep understanding of digital and programmatic media, gaming ecosystem, and client needs will be essential in crafting impactful campaigns that deliver demonstrable outcomes. This is a fractional role, providing flexibility to engage your expertise for our most important opportunities. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with our Sales, Creative and Advertiser Success teams to thoroughly understand client requirements, desired outcomes, and target audiences for new and existing brands and agencies. Liaise directly with our Clients/Agency partners as required to translate client needs into clear and compelling media strategies that highlight the value and effectiveness of our game advertising solutions and platform. Work closely with the Sales team to prepare and present media strategies to brands/agencies, ensuring compelling and persuasive communication of our proposed approach. Provide expert guidance on the game advertising landscape, audience targeting, platform capabilities, and pricing relevant to each individual RFP, helping to create a winning edge for the sales team. Work closely across Sales, Product, Creative, and Technical teams to align on solution feasibility to ensure successful campaign execution. Continuously monitor and stay informed on the latest programmatic trends, AdTech innovations, privacy regulations, and market developments related to game advertising. Execute a proactive and research-driven approach to ensure our media strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive. Role Requirements: At least 6 years of experience working as a strategy lead with strong conversion rates on pitch wins and head-to-head campaign wins. Extensive understanding of the overall media landscape. Ability to weave (and upweight) digital and programmatic activations into overarching marketing plans is a big yes for this role. Deep experience in developing best-in-class media strategy for high-profile RFPs, as well as presentations/decks that support it. Demonstrated experience crafting and recommending media strategies for high-profile RFPs, especially to advertising agency holding groups and in-house marketing teams. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a cross-cultural team. Strong knowledge of industry best practices, privacy regulations, and measurement methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail.
