Job Title Facilities Management Coordinator Job Description Summary We are seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team, assisting in the delivery of facilities management services across a diverse range of properties. This role will focus on ensuring effective maintenance, operational reliability, risk management, and cost-effective solutions for the properties under management. Job Description Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, contractors, and tenants. Support the operation of properties to the highest professional standards, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service agreements. Coordinate maintenance activities, including both reactive and preventative maintenance, while minimizing disruption to tenants and operations. Manage contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, reviewing performance, and maintaining accurate documentation. Conduct periodic inspections and support risk management, compliance, and operational requirements. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution. Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling services. Maintain and file all maintenance records accurately and ensure documentation is readily accessible. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in managing commercial, retail, community, health, or industrial properties. Experience in facilities management, operations, or property management. Strong client-focus and tenant relationship management experience. Knowledge of JDE is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Working with Children Check (required to operate at all sites). Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
