About Us: Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions. The Role: You will be responsible for the Facilities Management operations at assigned Client sites. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive facility, contract, finance, and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement. Achieve financial, compliance, and other KPIs. Delivery of services in accordance with the Agreement. Implement strategies to mitigate risk across the client account. Evaluate service response time and analyse occupants’ service request trends and suggestions. Ensure feedback from the client is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user. Continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence across the portfolio. What you will bring: Proven experience in facilities management in a corporate environment. Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationships. Hands-on approach to problem-solving with the capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team. Technical qualifications and/or trade experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, or fire services. Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or a related discipline are also highly regarded. Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems and highly developed negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. Demonstrated capability to take initiative and leadership amongst a group and drive change.
