Our client is a clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company developing treatments to significantly improve survival and quality of life for patients with cancer. They are seeking a talented Facilities Support Officer to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will provide direct support to the Facilities Manager while engaging in a variety of tasks, including administrative support, logistics management, and compliance monitoring. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining a safe and effective working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Facilities and Technical Operations team, including scanning, filing, and supplier engagement. Manage general facility tasks, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of shared spaces. Coordinate logistics for teams, including arranging shipments and liaising with delivery services. Offer specialist logistics support for the transport of dangerous goods (training will be provided). Assist with contractor management tasks, including site entry coordination and oversight of contractors on-site. Support inventory management for R&D and preclinical teams. Maintain thorough records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Respond to service requests from staff or tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Assist in maintaining key safety management systems through data entry. Help set up and break down spaces for events and meetings. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations support or management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. Commitment to working in a team environment that adheres to principles of diversity and inclusion.
