To learn more about the Commission, please view our website here. ABOUT THE ROLE The role provides workplace services across the Commission and administrative support to the corporate services teams. This includes: Monitoring and initiating responses to workplace services requests; Delivering a range of administrative and support services; Providing advice and assistance on workplace operational arrangements; Advising on ways and means to design, refit, set up and support workplaces; Arranging and supervising relocations of people, furniture and equipment, having regard to best value, safety, reliability and customer requirements. Essential requirements: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with staff, vendors, and stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain accurate records. Keen eye for identifying maintenance issues and ensuring a safe, clean environment. Ability to address and resolve workplace services-related challenges quickly and efficiently. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to workplace services (facility) management. The successful applicant will be required to complete a Background Verification Check which includes a National Police Check (Criminal History), qualification check, and Working with Children’s Check.
