Identified Orange Door Practitioner - Empower Aboriginal Families Location: Croydon, VIC Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (straight to perm) Salary: $97,000 - $101,000 + super + salary packaging Are you passionate about making a difference for Aboriginal families? What We're Looking For Must meet Recommendation 209 compliance. Direct experience in Family Violence or Aboriginal community work (ideally both). Deep understanding of cultural safety and trauma-informed approaches. A commitment to upholding cultural identity and community connection. What We Offer SCHADS 5 salary: $97,000 - $101,000.
